Laboratory testing is most useful when it helps create a clearer understanding of your health and what to do next. We offer comprehensive laboratory evaluation, specialized diagnostic testing and hormone services for clients who want a focused, clinically grounded approach without necessarily beginning with Comprehensive Integrative Care.
Comprehensive Laboratory Evaluation
For clients who want a deeper understanding of their health through laboratory testing and clinical interpretation.
Your evaluation can incorporate conventional bloodwork along with specialized testing when appropriate, including hormone and adrenal testing, gastrointestinal testing, food sensitivity and immune assessment, environmental and toxin testing, and other advanced diagnostics.
The goal is not simply to identify abnormal numbers, but to understand patterns, relationships and potential areas of concern—and translate those findings into a practical, individualized plan.
If new laboratory testing is needed, please allow approximately two weeks between booking and your evaluation. After booking, you’ll complete your intake and provide any recent laboratory results. Dr. Hutchins will review this information and, when appropriate, arrange any additional testing needed before your visit. You’ll receive instructions regarding any necessary preparation, timing, and where to have your blood drawn. If you already have recent laboratory results available for review and don’t require further testing, your evaluation may be scheduled sooner.
The $450 fee includes clinical evaluation, comprehensive interpretation of your results, and a personalized laboratory report with recommendations. Laboratory testing and outside diagnostic services are billed separately.

Hormone Evaluation & Care
For women seeking a thoughtful, individualized approach to understanding hormonal changes, symptoms and overall hormone health.
We review your symptoms, health history, current or previous hormone therapy, and relevant laboratory findings to develop a clearer understanding of your hormone picture and determine the most appropriate next steps. Recommendations may include individualized nutritional, lifestyle and natural strategies to support hormonal health and function.
When bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) may be appropriate, we can help you understand your options and refer you to an appropriate prescribing provider. If you are already receiving hormone replacement therapy, our evaluation and testing can also provide useful information to help guide conversations with your prescriber about potential adjustments to your treatment.
You do not need to complete new hormone testing before booking your evaluation. After booking, you’ll complete your intake and provide any recent laboratory results. Dr. Hutchins will review this information and determine whether additional bloodwork, DUTCH or other testing would be useful, along with the appropriate timing and preparation for testing.
The $450 visit fee includes clinical evaluation, interpretation of your results, and personalized recommendations. Bloodwork, DUTCH, and other specialized testing are billed separately when recommended.

Testing is only valuable when the results are put into context. Once your testing is complete, we’ll review your results alongside your symptoms, history and goals to identify meaningful patterns and determine what deserves attention.
You’ll receive a clear explanation of what we found and practical recommendations for next steps. Depending on your needs, this may include nutritional or lifestyle changes, targeted supplementation, additional evaluation, hormone care, or coordination with another healthcare provider.
