At Hutchins Integrative Health, care is tailored to the complexity of what brings you in. New clients can choose from focused structural care, a more comprehensive structural evaluation, or comprehensive integrative care. Ongoing visits are scheduled according to the time needed.
Focused Structural Care
40-minute initial visit

For a specific injury, area of pain, or musculoskeletal concern. Includes a focused history, examination, and treatment.
Comprehensive Structural Evaluation
60-minute initial visit
$450
For more complex, longstanding, or multiple structural concerns requiring a more thorough history and comprehensive structural examination. Includes treatment during the initial visit.

For broader or more complex health concerns, or when you want a deeper understanding of your health. We look at your history, structural and neurological patterns, and other factors that may be contributing to how you feel.
What Comprehensive Integrative Care Includes
Comprehensive Integrative Care is designed for clients who want to assess and address deeper patterns contributing to their health. Rather than trying to fit a detailed history, comprehensive examination, treatment, and recommendations into a single visit, the initial assessment is intentionally completed over two sessions.
The first visit gives us time to understand your history, explore the relationships between your symptoms and health concerns, review relevant labs or imaging, and begin addressing the patterns we identify. The second visit allows us to build on what we found, complete the assessment and treatment process, and discuss a clear, individualized plan for moving forward.
Dr. Hutchins will also create a detailed report of findings and care plan as part of this process.

Once your initial evaluation is complete, follow-up visits are scheduled according to the time appropriate for your care. Most ongoing visits are 20 minutes, with longer appointments available when additional time is needed.

A comprehensive evaluation of your laboratory results in the context of your health history and current concerns. Includes in-depth review and interpretation, a personalized written report, and an individualized care plan and strategy. Available in person or remotely.
Laboratory testing costs are additional.
Hormone Evaluation & Personalized Treatment Strategy
40-minute consultation + written care plan · $450
A comprehensive evaluation of your hormone health in the context of your symptoms, health history, and laboratory findings. Includes review and interpretation of relevant testing and an individualized treatment strategy, including functional treatment options and current BHRT review.
For clients currently using hormone replacement therapy, recommendations may include suggested changes to their current regimen. Any changes to prescription hormone therapy should be reviewed and implemented with your prescribing clinician.
Custom Foot Levelers Orthotics Evaluation — New Clients
30-minute evaluation + 3D foot scan · $150
Includes a functional evaluation of your feet, gait, and lower-extremity mechanics, along with 3D foot scanning. When indicated, custom Foot Levelers orthotics can be ordered during your visit and typically arrive within about one week.
Custom orthotics typically range from $300–$400 per pair.
